Apologies for the lengthy spans between posts. Just got back from visiting my mom in Springfield, Missouri (where writing a restaurant review blog like this would be fairly depressing), and have some catching up to do.

I may take a few more days to get things back in order--before going out of town, I had been working for twenty-four days straight, so my consciousness level wavers between lucid and raving--but will begin posting soon.
